Your Quiet Cone experience begins when you enter the Cone. A pyramidal shaped structure designed to offer comfort,
resonance and atmosphere.
Quietly at first, you hear resonating sounds of the gongs. The rhythm of the gongs, the scent of sandalwood oil and the placid atmosphere of the cone combine to induce a supremely restful yet vitally energizing meditative state.
Just one Quiet Cone session will do all this and more for you. An experience you will be keen to repeat and share with others.
The Roots
The Quiet Cone brings together three very different branches of ancient knowledge in a modern setting, to engender new levels of serenity and quietness to participants. Each element is by itself powerful - together they create a uniquely enjoyable experience.
The Shape
The pyramidal shape of the Quiet Cone is reputed to have geometric properties that focus positive energy and deflect negative emotions within the cone. The secret of the Cone shape's power lies in the angle of the sides and the harmonic balance that it inspires.
The Scent
Australian Aboriginals used natural essences such as sandalwood in various 'smoking' ceremonies, but modern science is only now coming to understand their therapeutic qualities. These scents provide an uplifting sense of relaxation, reducing stress and assisting in a number of health related treatments.
The Sound
The potency of symphonic gonging is not only therapeutic but can also have quite an astoundingly positive effect on our body's energy centres. Its resonance strikes deep within the cells of your body, creating a harmonic attunement that allows you to enter a deeply calm meditative state.
